Investing in Fitness started as a personal blog to share my experience going through the Insanity workout program with the intention to share my experience with future programs. The name came from the fact that I wanted to make fitness something I invest in on an ongoing basis because I enjoy it, not something I only do sporadically or just because I feel I have to. My investment in fitness is an ongoing progress (which has not been without its lapses into laziness) and I hope you’ll join me on my journey. In addition to sharing my own fitness journey I’ll be posting recipes and articles on fitness, nutrition, and wellbeing. Please share your thoughts and your own experiences in the comments.
